The New York State Department of Transportation announced that from Monday, Sept. 11 to Wednesday, Sept. 13, both directions of I-495 at Exit 48 will be closed in Oyster Bay and Huntington. Bryce Caleb Timothy Brown, 20, broke into Lowe’s in Waldorf and stole the forklift that he took to the nearby Home Depot on Jefferson Farm Place, where he ran over Gloristine Pinkney, 73, and stole her car, according to a news release from the Charles County Sheriff's Office.
