A Disney producer told The Hollywood Reporter it’s time to reboot the series without having Sparrow at its helm after 14 years of his drunken exploits. “We want to bring in a new energy and vitality,” the company’s production chief, Sean Bailey, said. Disney has already met with Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick, the writers behind the Deadpool movies, and asked them to focus their talents on the Disney vehicle.

Philip "BuckNasty," also known as "Bucky" Dickinson, 46, of Lancaster, has died following a dirt bike crash, according to the county coroner. The crash happened when the dirt bike rider was driving recklessly on Manor Street, colliding with an SUV that was trying to turn onto Caroline Street on Tuesday around 11:30 a.m. Dirt bike riding in the city is illegal. "It's just a dumb idea...Just like anything else, there's a time and place for it.

Jaelyn Zunino, also known as Jackie Rotondi, was found dead near her home in Reading on Monday, May 8, according to the Reading Police Department.  Zunino was last seen on the morning of Thursday, May 4.  Her family was "desperate" for her return, a Facebook post made by a family member said. Zunino worked at Market Basket since 2018 and enjoyed scrapbooking, beading, and photography, according to her Facebook.  Her next of kin has been notified, police say.
