Davis, 59, was briefly detained on Thursday morning in Arlington following an indecent exposure incident, though he was later released, until more information came to light determining that he was, in fact, a wanted man.
Shortly before 7:45 a.m. on May 9, officers from the Arlington Police Department were called to the 1800 block of North Hartford Street to investigate the reported exposure, where they met Davis, who matched the description of the suspect.

Nicklas Shimonovich, 23 -- whose parents are both longtime members of the Lakewood Police Department -- died in a crash on Thompson Bridge Road sometime before 5 p.m., his department announced late Saturday night.
