The crash took place in Ulster County around 7 am.m., Sunday, Aug. 6 in the town of Ulster Park. According to Sgt. Collins Reynolds, of the Ulster County Sheriff's Office, deputies responded to the area of 46 Ulster Ave., on Ulster Ave., for a report of a motorcycle versus a vehicle. When officers arrived they found Erik Santiago, age 22 of Poughkeepsie, and motorcycle driver Wesley Salis, age 40, of Highland, Reynolds said.

It happened just after 5 p.m. Tuesday, June 27 in Selden. A 23-year-old Selden man was driving a 2009 Ford Escape southbound on Boyle Road and was behind a man riding an electric scooter when the vehicles collided just north of Middle Country Road, Suffolk County Police said, The operator of the scooter, Henry Leib, age 53, of Selden, was pronounced dead on the scene by a physician assistant from the Office of the Suffolk County Medical Examiner.

A 12-year-old boy was shot in Baltimore in the 1100 block of Madison Street when gunshots rang out near the school, forcing officials to call off the opening game of the season against Loyola Blakefield. The shooting was reported shortly after 7 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 1, and officials stressed that the incident had nothing to do with the football game and was reportedly an isolated incident. Following the shooting, the boy was taken to an area hospital, where he was listed in stable condition, police said.

Pop’s Seafood Shack & Grill, which was located at 15 Railroad Place in Island Park, announced via Facebook on Sunday, May 6 that summer 2022 was its final summer season. “In 2022, Pop’s Seafood Shack & Grill committed its restaurant location, Apache Yacht Club, and our other properties along Railroad Place to become part of the Empire Wind renewable energy project off the coast of Long Island,” the eatery posted.

The woman was driving a 2014 Toyota Scion. when she crashed along Rt 33 between Interstate 78 and the exit to  Freemansburg Avenue at mile marker 1.4 in Bethlehem Township, Trooper Nathan Branosky explained. The single-vehicle crash happened around 7:15 p.m. on Nov. 8, according to Branosky.  The roadway closed in both directions immediately following the crash but has since reopened, according to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation.  Bethlehem Township Fire Department assisted at the scene, Branosky detailed.
